Parc y Bryn Serviced Apartments

Parc y Bryn Serviced Apartments puts Aberystwyth town centre about 5 minutes away on foot and the coast about 10 minutes away, which works well for university visits and stays that need both town access and the seafront.

Parc y Bryn Serviced Apartments is a serviced apartment stay rather than a traditional hotel, so the appeal is space and independence in Aberystwyth. The apartments have a light, modern living area, a fully equipped tiled kitchen, and a lounge with a 40-inch smart flat-screen TV. Sleeping is in separate bedrooms with double beds, rather than relying on a sofa bed in the living space.

The bathroom setup includes a private bathroom with a bath, and the apartments also include underfloor heating. A patio or terrace area is part of the apartment setup, giving the stay a little more usable space than a standard room. The kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The stay works especially well because parking is available on site and Wi-Fi is included. The property is also within walking distance of Aberystwyth railway station, which makes arrival without a car more practical while still keeping on-site parking useful for guests driving to Aberystwyth. Self check-in is available through a lockbox.

Aberystwyth University, Bronglais Hospital, and the National Library of Wales are about half a mile from Parc y Bryn Serviced Apartments, so the location is practical for guests with appointments or visits in that part of town.

Quiet hours run from 23:00 to 07:00, so late-night noise is restricted by the house rules.
