NJV Athens Plaza is a hotel in central Athens at 2, Vasileos Georgiou A’ Street, Syntagma Square. The location is the main practical reason to consider it: the stay is based directly by the square rather than in an outer neighborhood, so getting around Athens can start from the hotel area without first needing a long transfer across the city.

Rooms at NJV Athens Plaza include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and minibars. The bathrooms are marble and include designer toiletries. Higher-category rooms add balconies or terraces, and some rooms have Acropolis views, so the room choice matters if outdoor space or a specific outlook is important for the stay.

The stay works well inside the building because the hotel has several dining spaces. Plaza Café is in the lobby area and serves coffee, teas, refreshments, desserts, and a morning and brunch menu. The hotel also has a Mediterranean restaurant and a British-inspired bar, so meals, coffee, and evening drinks can be handled without leaving the property.

One limit is that breakfast is an extra charge. That matters if comparing the total cost of the stay, because breakfast is not included as a standard free benefit.
