Grand Hyatt Athens

Grand Hyatt Athens is a hotel at 115 Syngrou Avenue in Athens, matching the Leof. Andrea Siggrou 115 address. The building is positioned for an urban Athens stay rather than a resort-style escape, with the Acropolis and the Aegean Sea used as part of the hotel’s view story.

Rooms at Grand Hyatt Athens use contemporary interiors with artwork, natural materials, wool rugs, and marble-lined bathrooms. A confirmed deluxe king room has one king bed, 36 square meters of space, and a marble bathroom with a walk-in rain shower; a confirmed deluxe twin room has two twin beds with the same 36-square-meter layout and walk-in rain shower.

The stay works especially well if you want pool options without leaving the building. Grand Hyatt Athens has two rooftop pools with Acropolis views, including an adults-only pool with a glass wall and an infinity pool, plus a 25-meter outdoor pool in a courtyard garden with banana and palm trees that suits families.

There is also an indoor spa pool in Aegeo Spa, with a steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool, and treatment rooms. The fitness center uses Technogym equipment and is placed near the spa and indoor heated pool, so the wellness facilities are grouped together inside the property.

Dining is built into the hotel rather than being limited to the surrounding area. The Grand is the rooftop restaurant on the 8th and 9th floors, with Greek and Mediterranean food and Acropolis views, and room service covers breakfast in the room, light meals, and late-night food.

The hotel also has meeting and event space across two floors, with daylight meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.

One real limit is seasonal access to the rooftop pools: they operate from May to early November and depend on the weather. Small dogs are welcomed, but only one pet is allowed per room and the individual pet weight limit is 6 kilograms.
