Motel 6 Akron is a budget motel at 99 Rothrock Rd in Akron. The room setup is simple, with room types that include either one bed or two beds. Guest comments also mention comfortable beds, so the main room detail to expect is a straightforward sleeping setup rather than a suite-style stay.

The stay is built around practical motel services. Parking is available on the property, Wi-Fi is available, pets are allowed, and credit cards are accepted. The property also lists wheelchair accessibility, restrooms, and 24-hour front desk service.

For small conveniences during a short stay, Motel 6 Akron offers complimentary coffee, free local calls, and snack, beverage, and ice centers. Fax service is available for an extra charge. A pool and breakfast were also mentioned for this property, which gives the stay more than just a bed for the night.

The location is useful for drivers because the motel is positioned by the interstate rather than in a walkable downtown setting. It has also been placed about 7.9 miles northwest of Downtown Akron, so it fits a trip where easy road access matters more than being in the center of the city.

The limit to weigh is bathroom upkeep: one guest found the bathtub dirty. That makes Motel 6 Akron a better fit for a practical, price-conscious motel stay than for a traveler looking for polished hotel finishes.
