Standard rooms have a large window and a marble bathroom with a shower or bath, while superior rooms have either a balcony or a higher-floor window and a shower. Family rooms are two interconnecting rooms with two marble bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. Guests say the service is good, and some guests complained about the bathrooms.

Breakfast is a full buffet with Greek yogurt, honey, fruit, Greek salad, marmalades, eggs, sausages, cereals, croissants, compote, and other Greek choices.
