Central Athens Hotel

Central Athens Hotel, Athens, puts you on Apollonos Street with Syntagma Square a 9-minute walk away and the Acropolis about 1 km from the hotel. The hotel is a 3-star place in the center, and a metro station is a 6-minute walk away, so the location does a lot of the work if you want the city close without planning every ride.

Rooms are low-key and come with marble bathrooms and minifridges. Upgraded rooms add balconies with Acropolis views, which changes the feel of the stay if you want private outdoor space. Breakfast is a buffet in a relaxed restaurant, and the rooftop terrace has a bar with views of the Acropolis and the city. Guests say some bathrooms are not as good as the rest of the stay.
