Alnwick Lodge is a B&B at West Cawledge Park, a former Northumbrian farm site with buildings dating back to the 1830s. The property now combines bed-and-breakfast accommodation with glamping and camping facilities, so the stay has a rural, converted-farm character rather than the feel of a city hotel.

Rooms also include free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, and most rooms have tea and coffee-making facilities. Some upgraded rooms add sofa beds, which gives extra sleeping space within the room setup.

Breakfast is part of how the stay works at Alnwick Lodge. English breakfast is served in the morning, and continental breakfast is available earlier. Breakfast can be taken in the courtyard or in the dining room and lounge area, which is set in the former stables and includes a fireplace.
