The hotel has a polished curved glass building and a large atrium, so the public spaces feel bright and open. Rooms are airy and sleek, with tea and coffee making facilities and minibars, while upgraded suites add sitting areas. One- and two-bedroom apartments have kitchenettes and living rooms, which helps if you want more space than a standard hotel room. Some rooms have views toward Lake Burley Griffin.

Breakfast is available daily at Helix Bar & Grill, and the hotel also has a restaurant, bar, room service, a lift, a gym, and meeting rooms. Parking is available for an extra charge, and the hotel does not have its own airport pick-up service. Guests say the service is good, the breakfast is praised, and the restaurant is bright.
