The wellness area also includes a sauna and a steam bath, giving the property a clear spa focus after time outside in Bansko.

The stay also works well logistically because parking and internet are included, and the hotel offers transport to the first lift station during the winter season. Ski storage is also included, which is useful if the trip is built around the slopes rather than just a town stay.
