TownePlace Suites by Marriott Alexandria Fort Belvoir is an all-suite hotel at 8632 Woodlawn Court, with studio and one-bedroom suite layouts. Suites include a living area with a sofa bed, a work desk, wired and wireless internet, and a 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu access.

The room setup is built for a longer stay rather than a quick overnight only. Suites have fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, dishware, cookware, and other kitchen equipment. Guest bathrooms are private, well lit, and stocked with complimentary toiletries, and the beds use plush bedding, cotton-rich sheets, and thick mattresses.

The stay works well inside the building because breakfast is served on site with hot and cold items. The hotel also has a large indoor heated pool, a 24-hour fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, on-site guest laundry, free wired and wireless internet, and an outdoor barbecue area with a fire pit.

Parking is available on the property, and long-term parking becomes complimentary starting with the eighth night. TownePlace Suites by Marriott Alexandria Fort Belvoir is smoke-free, the front desk is staffed, and housekeeping is scheduled every other day.

Pets are accepted, with a maximum of two pets per room and an 80-pound maximum pet weight. The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service, so airport transfers need to be arranged separately.
