The hotel is in Shiodome Tower at 1-6-3 Higashi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, matching the Tokyo address for this specific property. The underground passage from JR and subway Shimbashi Station can be used in rainy weather, so arrival by train is practical without relying on a taxi for the final approach.

Rooms at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Shiodome include specific layouts rather than one generic room style. Standard Twin, Hollywood Twin, Double, and King rooms are 25.9 square meters and have bathrooms with a bathtub and washing area; the Standard King has a 220 cm by 203 cm bed, while the Standard Double has a 160 cm by 203 cm bed. Economy Double rooms have modular bathtub bathrooms, and some larger room types separate the bed area and living area for more defined space inside the room.

The stay works well for travelers who want hotel facilities inside the building. Breakfast is served at All-Day Dining Harmony on the 24th floor, with views from about 100 meters above ground. The hotel also has an underground public parking lot for guests arriving by car, and the front desk handles the parking discount procedure when guests present the parking ticket.

All rooms are non-smoking, with a smoking space on the 25th floor. Some rooms facing Nippon TV Tower have a partially blocked view, so the view is a real limit in those room categories rather than a general feature of every room.
