The Milestone Hotel and Residences

The Milestone Hotel and Residences is a hotel in London set within a Grade II listed Victorian building dating back to 1883. The property combines hotel rooms, suites, and longer-stay residences, but the stay is still run with full hotel service rather than as a self-catering-only apartment setup.

Rooms are individually styled rather than uniform. Confirmed room details include fine fabrics, antique furnishings, fresh flowers, rare artworks, bespoke Milestone bed linens, plush bathrobes and slippers, luxury toiletries, and evening turndown service. Some Deluxe Twin or King rooms include a Luxury Savoir king bed, a small seating area, and an opulent marble bathroom.

For more space, the residences add separate living, dining, and sleeping areas, with full hotel access and room service. The Kensington Court residence includes a balcony and outside patio, while the signature two-bedroom residence has balcony views over Kensington Palace and Gardens. The residences are also pet-friendly, with up to two medium-sized pets or one large-sized pet allowed per stay.

The stay works well inside the building because guests have access to dining at Cheneston’s restaurant, cocktails in the Stables Bar, afternoon tea in the Park Lounge, and wellness facilities that include a resistance plunge pool, a treatment room, a sauna, and an exercise studio. Valet parking is available through the concierge, and High Street Kensington Station is a 6-minute walk from the hotel.

A practical limit applies for drivers: The Milestone Hotel and Residences is not inside London’s Congestion Charge zone, but it is inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, which can add charges depending on the vehicle.
