The Marlin at Taino Beach Resort & Clubs

The Marlin at Taino Beach Resort & Clubs sits on Taino Beach along the Atlantic Ocean, so the beach is the main benefit of staying here in Freeport City.

This is a resort-style stay at 30 Jolly Roger Dr, with the Marlin forming part of Taino Beach Resort & Clubs. The setting is built around a private beach area, and the resort also has tropical landscaping, which gives the stay a more self-contained beach-resort feel than a simple city hotel.

Rooms at The Marlin at Taino Beach Resort & Clubs include studios with TVs, safes, kitchenettes, and separate sitting and dining areas. Some studios include whirlpool tubs, and upgraded studios add balconies with ocean views.

The stay works well for travelers who want facilities on the property rather than only a room. The resort has an outdoor lagoon-style pool with water slides, waterfalls, caves, a lazy river, and a swim-up bar. There is also a private beach area with umbrella-shaded sunloungers, plus a restaurant and bars on site.

Parking is available on the property at no extra charge. Other stay-supporting facilities include Wi-Fi, a fitness center, a game room, a garden with barbecue areas, a playground, tennis, water sports, shops, a marina, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

The stated limit is the kitchenette: some guests complained about the kitchenettes. The Marlin at Taino Beach Resort & Clubs is strongest as a beach resort with pool facilities and self-contained room features, but the kitchenette detail is worth checking carefully before booking if it is central to the stay.
