Rooms come with either a king bed or double beds, and each room has a balcony or patio, air conditioning, hypo-allergenic bedding, a down duvet, and a private bathroom. Ocean Side Deluxe rooms and King Suites add a fridge and microwave. Guests say the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and they also praise the staff and daily cleaning.

The hotel has an outdoor pool at the rear, and the pool area is open to the public, so it is shared beyond registered guests. Saturday and Sunday include continental breakfast. Parking is not included with room reservations, with metered parking and municipal lots around Asbury Park. Music takes place on the property on weekends, and noise from Paradise Nightclub is elevated until 3am.
