The room is a unit under the host’s house, with a queen bed, a sofa couch, and enough space to spread out. It has a combined bathroom and laundry, a kitchen with generous equipment, linen, a separate entry, and a small outdoor courtyard. Guests say the space can be clean, private, and cosy, and they also say the owners are friendly and helpful.
Parking is available with plenty of space, including room for a truck. One guest says noise from above started very early in the morning, and another stay raised maintenance and cleaning issues, including doors that were hard to use, a sticky floor, cockroaches in kitchen cupboards, mould in the bathroom, and wasp nests outside.
