This is a resort-style hotel at 3 Banski Suhodol Street, at the foot of Pirin Mountain and by the Glazne River. The location gives the stay a practical mountain base: close to the ski area, with the town center about 900 m away, while still keeping the focus on the resort’s own spa, pools, and indoor facilities.

The rooms are suite-based rather than simple hotel rooms. The balconies face either Pirin Mountain or the green areas and pools of the complex.

In winter, the hotel runs a scheduled shuttle to the Bansko Ski Gondola Station, which removes the need to plan each ski morning around driving or parking.

One limit to note is that the underground garage is paid, while the open outdoor parking is free for hotel guests. Wireless internet in the apartments was also listed with an extra charge, while Wi-Fi in public areas was listed as free.
