Quest Albury on Townsend is an apartment hotel in Albury set in a redbrick historic Woolstores building at 450 Townsend Street. The stay is built around serviced apartments rather than a traditional full-service resort setup, so the useful details are practical: modern furniture, multimedia features, work desks, bathrooms, wardrobes, in-room safes, and kitchen facilities.

The room setup depends on the category. Studios have kitchenettes, while the one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments have fully equipped kitchens, living space, and their own laundry. Some units also have balconies, giving the building a more apartment-style feel than a standard hotel room.

The stay works well for guests who want on-site conveniences in the building. Quest Albury on Townsend has an in-house fitness centre, guest laundry, conference facilities, dry cleaning, grocery delivery, restaurant chargeback service, and parking on the property. Breakfast options are also available, so the morning does not have to start with a search outside the building.

Business travelers are specifically supported by the work desks in the apartments, conference and meeting facilities, business administration services, and restaurant chargeback arrangements. The property also actively welcomes people with access needs and lists wheelchair accessibility among its features.

One practical limit is parking: on-site car and trailer parking is subject to availability. That matters if you are arriving by car with a trailer or need guaranteed space at the building.
