Quality Suites Addison-Dallas is an all-suite hotel at 4555 Belt Line Road in Addison. The suites include a kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a sitting area with a pull-out sofa, so the room setup gives more separation than a standard bed-only hotel room. Upgraded suites add whirlpool tubs.

The stay works with free hot breakfast served at the hotel and free parking on the property. The hotel also offers a local area shuttle, a fitness room, a business center, and meeting space, which makes the building more practical for a short stop or a work-focused stay in Addison.

The property is on the northern edge of Dallas in Addison and sits directly behind Romano’s Macaroni Grill. It is also positioned about one mile from Galleria Dallas, but the useful point for deciding is that the hotel combines suite-style rooms with breakfast, parking, and an indoor pool in the same building.

The specific limit to note is the air conditioning, which some guests disliked. If that matters to the stay, it is worth treating the in-room climate control as the main caution rather than assuming every suite will feel the same.
