This is a resort with hotel-style rooms, studios, and multi-bedroom apartments. All rooms have a balcony, some have sea views, studios add kitchenettes, and the one- and two-bedroom apartments have kitchens and washer/dryers. The property is on Bulcock Street, close to the Sunday markets, fishing spots, Caloundra Cruises, scenic walking and cycling tracks, and the bus station is an 8-minute walk away.

There is no breakfast. Secure onsite parking is included for each apartment, with extra street parking on Centaur Street and Omrah Avenue. The resort has a heated 15-metre outdoor pool, heated spa, sauna, gym, lift, and a rooftop terrace with a BBQ area and sea views. Pets are not allowed.
