Llansabbath Country House B&B, also referred to as Llansabbath Country Farmhouse B&B, is tied to the Llanover, Abergavenny NP7 9BY address. The house is about 3.7 miles by car from the centre of Abergavenny, with access from a country lane off the A4042.

The accommodation was in a modernised former farmhouse. Guest bedrooms had private en-suite toilet facilities, and room details included spacious en-suites and powerful showers. Guest accommodation was located on the first and second floors.

The stay worked like a traditional B&B, with breakfast provided in the building. There was private off-road guest parking beside the drive, with extra parking space in the courtyard when needed. The parking surface was firm stone chip and earth, and the walk from the parking area to the front door was about 30 metres along a level driveway and path.

The gardens at the front and rear were available for guests to use, with mostly lawned areas and level access around the drive, courtyard, and rear paved path.

The important limit is that Llansabbath Country House B&B is closed and is not reopening after lockdown. It also had no lift or stairlift, no ground-floor guest accommodation, and the house was generally not suited for wheelchair users because all guest accommodation was on upper floors.
