Kinross Inn, Cooma, puts business and leisure travellers in a quiet motel setting close to town, with rooms set back from the main road and restaurants a short walk away.

The rooms are ground level and spacious, with ensuite bathrooms, heating, air conditioning, electric blankets, tea and coffee facilities, a toaster and a refrigerator. Bedding ranges across single, double, twin, family rooms, two-bedroom family suites and interconnecting rooms, and all rooms have queen beds. Some rooms include spa baths, and the two-bedroom units have a kitchenette. Guests say the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Continental breakfast can be delivered to the room. Undercover parking is at the door, and the motel also has an indoor heated pool, a barbecue area and a guest laundry. Shops, pubs, clubs, the Cooma Visitors Centre and local attractions are within walking distance, with restaurants, McDonald’s and KFC about a 100 metre walk away.

For snow season, the motel’s position makes Cooma an easy base for Perisher, Thredbo and Selwyn.
