Isrotel King Solomon is a resort-style hotel at Antibes 1 in Eilat, with the building set by the lagoon and looking toward the Gulf of Aqaba and the Edom Mountains. The location is the strongest practical reason to consider it: the beach is close enough to make sea time part of the day without turning it into a separate outing.

Rooms are straightforward rather than apartment-style. They include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a safe, and most rooms have balconies with mountain views.

The stay works well for a hotel vacation because the facilities are in the building and on the hotel grounds.

The hotel also has a synagogue, a Shabbat elevator and Shabbat clock service by advance reservation, which is useful for observant guests planning a weekend or holiday stay in Eilat.

The main limit is parking: guests use Royal Garden or other parking lots in the area, and parking is paid. Pets are not allowed in rooms or common areas, except for service animals.
