The resort sits on more than eight acres off M-134, with 400 feet of southern-exposure beachfront and flat, partly wooded grounds. The cottages are modern housekeeping cabins with two or three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, a grill, a picnic table, lounging chairs, and a wood deck. Some waterfront cottages have private fire pits, and there is also a shared fire pit on the front lawn. Guests say the vacation house is very clean, with three beds, two full baths, a stocked kitchen, and owners who are great.
Parking is free. Pets are welcome, and the undeveloped part of the property gives them space for walks. Boat rentals are for guests only, and dock slips are assigned by the resort. Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided, but guests bring their own towels and washcloths. The resort is open year round.
