Island Palm Marina Villas is a condo-style property at 122 Silver Point Dr in Freeport City, in the Williams Town area of Grand Bahama. The setup fits a self-catering stay more than a full-service hotel stay, with apartment-style accommodations and resort-style facilities available around the property and sister-property area.

Rooms are air-conditioned and include kitchens with full-sized refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and coffee and tea makers. Bathrooms have shower-and-tub combinations, deep soaking bathtubs, and hair dryers. Some apartments also have balconies and marina views, while the living areas can include pull-out sofas, flat-screen TVs, and DVD players.

The stay works well for travelers who want practical on-site facilities rather than just a sleeping room. Free self-parking is available on the property, and the recreational facilities include an outdoor pool, a spa tub, a fitness room, tennis, and access to beach facilities. There are also restaurants on site, including Italian dining at Seagrape Grille.

Guest services include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, multilingual staff, tour and ticket help, self-service laundry, and babysitting for an added charge. The property also offers a complimentary area shuttle, which adds convenience for getting around without making the stay depend only on walking.

One limit is that Wi-Fi is not included in the room setup; internet access is offered for a surcharge. The minimum check-in age is 21.
