Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/Windward Parkway is a hotel at 5595 Windward Parkway, with the stay built around larger Hyatt Place-style guestrooms rather than compact sleeping-only rooms. Rooms include a sleeper sofa, bedding, a large TV with Chromecast, a work desk, and a mini-fridge, and some rooms also include a microwave. Accessible king rooms are available with wide doorways, lowered closet shelves, emergency strobe features, and either a roll-in shower or an accessible tub with grab bars.

The stay works well for guests who want services inside the building rather than only a place to sleep. Breakfast is served at the hotel, and the breakfast setup includes hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and toast, along with lighter options like fruit, granola, and yogurt. The hotel also has The Placery in the lobby for casual food and drinks, plus a market with packaged grab-and-go items.

For practical travel needs, Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/Windward Parkway offers parking, shuttle service, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a business center, meeting space, and accessible routes to major public areas including the pool, restaurants, guest rooms, registration area, and meeting rooms. The hotel also notes accessible self-parking, van-accessible self-parking, and accessible transportation with advance notice.

Pets are allowed, but the pet policy has firm limits: a maximum of two pets, an individual pet weight limit of 50 pounds, and a combined pet weight limit of 75 pounds. Service animals are handled separately from the pet policy.
