The building is also a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku Station’s Koshu Kaido ticket gate, a 1-minute walk from Toei Oedo Line Shinjuku Station’s A1 exit, and a 3-minute walk from Busta Shinjuku, so the strongest practical benefit is access rather than a resort-style facility.

The rooms use Simmons beds. A standard single has one 140 cm-wide bed, a standard double has one 160 cm-wide bed, and a standard twin has two 120 cm-wide beds. Triple rooms use two 120 cm-wide beds plus a sofa bed, so the bed setup is clear before booking.

The hotel has non-smoking rooms, in-room Wi-Fi, and smart TVs in all rooms. A universal double room has a 160 cm-wide double bed, while a universal twin room has one 110 cm-wide single bed and one 97 cm-wide electric bed, with wheelchair-oriented room design, a front-desk call button, and notification sensors.

Breakfast is served inside the building at VILLAZZA on the 1st floor. The breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet with more than 50 menu items, including bread, coffee, vegetables, and fruit. The same building also has a 2nd-floor bar, so food and drink are available without leaving the hotel.

Parking is available in the basement, but it is first come, first served and advance reservations are not accepted. The parking also has vehicle-size limits: height up to 1.55 m, width up to 2.05 m, length up to 5.3 m, and weight up to 2,300 kg.
