Hotel Panorama is a hotel on Primorski Boulevard in Varna Center, Odesos, at bul. Primorski 31. Its position places the building by the beach and the coastal boulevard, with views toward the Sea Garden and Varna Bay from the property. The beach clubs strip and the Primorski pool complex are 20 metres away, so the location works especially well for a stay built around the waterfront.

Rooms at Hotel Panorama include satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. Search results for this specific address also showed room options with a double bed and either city view or sea view, as well as apartments with sea view. Upgraded rooms and suites add sitting areas with leather sofas, and some rooms face the bay.

The stay is set up with a daily buffet breakfast, and breakfast can also be served in the restaurant or in the room. The hotel has a lobby bar for snacks and drinks, and a restaurant is part of the building. Parking is available, which is useful at this central seafront address.

Hotel Panorama also has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the accommodation, so the practical basics are covered for a city-and-sea stay in Varna. The Main Train Station and Varna Marina can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, adding a clear transport benefit without needing to rely on a car for that part of the trip.

The sauna and massages are available at an additional cost, so those wellness services are not included as standard.
