The motel has king rooms, queen rooms, semi self-contained units, and two stand-alone apartments. Rooms are air conditioned and have a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Some rooms have cooking facilities, and there are rooms with bunk beds, a kitchen and living area, or a balcony. Guests say the motel is quiet on the outskirts, the staff are very helpful, and the location is convenient.

Parking is undercover directly in front of the rooms, with on-site space for boats and trailers. There is no restaurant, but meal delivery to the room runs Monday to Saturday except public holidays. A fully equipped guest kitchen sits at the rear with an undercover patio area, seating, and a free barbecue. The racecourse and drive-in movie theatre are a 2-minute drive away, and the golf club is a 5-minute drive away.
