Fairlawn House in Amesbury is a boutique hotel in a Georgian townhouse on High Street. The rooms are en-suite, and one room setup includes four single beds with a bar table and a fridge, giving a practical arrangement for guests who need separate beds rather than one shared bed.

The stay is set up with contactless check-in, so guests can arrive without relying on a front-desk routine. Breakfast is included with online bookings and is served as a self-service breakfast in The Cellar, with coffee, cereals, bagels, fruit and yoghurts available before 10am.

Parking works in stages: there is space outside the front for drop-off only, with a 30-minute limit because traffic wardens operate there. Free overnight parking is available nearby, and longer stays can use Amesbury Central Car Park, which is a public pay-and-display car park with free overnight parking.

Fairlawn House also works for longer private stays and gatherings, with shared spaces available in the building and dogs accepted in selected bedrooms when booked in advance.

The main access limit is the historic building. Fairlawn House has limited disabled access because the entrance has three steps from the pavement, and The Cellar, where breakfast is served, is reached by a small set of stairs.
