This is a modern hotel in Alpharetta at 2715 Old Milton Parkway. The location also places Downtown Alpharetta less than a mile from the building, so the stay works well if you want to keep plans close without turning every outing into a drive.

Rooms at EVEN Hotel Alpharetta – Avalon Area, an IHG Hotel include plush bedding and modern bathrooms. Search also confirmed room types with two queen beds and views, plus a king suite with a separate living area, so the room setup can be more than just a bed for the night.

The stay is practical for guests arriving by car because parking is on the property. The hotel has outdoor on-site parking, in-and-out privileges, and electric vehicle charging spaces, which is useful if Alpharetta is part of a road trip or a work stop north of Atlanta.

Inside the hotel, the confirmed facilities include free Wi-Fi, a lobby lounge, EVEN Kitchen & Bar, an outdoor patio with seating, and an Athletic Studio for workouts.

One real limit is the evening shuttle schedule: it runs Monday through Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. within a 3-mile radius. Outside that window, the stay depends on walking, driving, rideshare, or another form of transport.
