Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary Downtown

Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary Downtown is connected to Calgary’s downtown core through the Plus 15 Skyway, so the building works well for a stay centered on downtown access.

Rooms at Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary Downtown are set up with free Wi-Fi, room service, and spacious work areas. The hotel also lists accessible guest room features that include roll-in showers, bathtub grab rails, transfer showers, accessible vanities, and adjustable-height hand-held shower wands, so travelers who need a specific bathroom layout should choose the appropriate accessible room type rather than assuming every room has the same setup.

The stay works like a full-service downtown hotel rather than a small inn. Breakfast is available in the building at Shoe & Canoe Public House, and the hotel also has on-site parking, elevators, a 24-hour front desk, and daily housekeeping. EV charging is available in the hotel parking area, and the property lists an underground heated parking garage.

For work-focused stays, the room setup is especially useful because the hotel names smart workspaces, ergonomic chairs, and free Wi-Fi as part of the guestroom experience. The property is also pet-friendly, with a stated limit of 2 pets per room and a maximum pet weight of 23 kg.

The main limit is the pool: the hotel notes that the pool is closed until further notice because of an ongoing renovation. That matters because the property also promotes a fitness floor with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, yoga room, cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training equipment, so the fitness area is still part of the stay, but the pool should not be counted on while that closure remains in place.
