The property is a refurbished Victorian bed and breakfast on North Main Street. The main house has suites with a private bath and sitting room, and there is also a separate cottage in the garden plus a spacious suite on the top floor of the newer Victorian replica behind the main house. Breakfast is served in the dining room or in the garden setting, and afternoon wine is served in the dining room during summer and fall when the afternoon plays let out.

Off-street parking is behind the house, reached from Bush Street and the alley. Guests can use the front porch, courtyard, and upper balcony, with views across town toward the Cascade Mountains.
