Rooms in the main inn have private bathrooms and king, queen, or full beds, with air conditioning in the inn rooms. The cottages are set up differently, with queen or king beds, full bathrooms, kitchens, and private porches, giving them more of a self-contained cabin feel.

Breakfast is included with the stay and is served at the on-site restaurant. Dinner is also available on the property, with a more formal multicourse option that requires a reservation and a casual small-plates option offered in the evening, subject to availability.

Chanterelle Inn & Cottages also makes practical use of its cottage setup: the cottages include parking and welcome dogs. The main inn is different from the cottages, with no pets in inn rooms and no cooking facilities in those rooms.

The main limit is age: guests must be 14 years or older to stay at both the inn and the cottages.
