The hotel has guest rooms, suites and apartments, and the Burbury Room has a plush king size bed, a writing desk, blackout blinds and a walk-in shower with an airjet shower head. The room size runs from 30 to 49 sqm, and twin beds can be requested. Balcony rooms cannot be guaranteed.

The hotel is a 4-star property with dining, bars, a fitness centre and a spa in the precinct. Food options include fine dining, casual dining, a wholefood café and a lounge bar, so breakfast and meals do not rely on leaving the area.
