The property is a 2-star motel on SC-187 with exterior-corridor rooms. Rooms have air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, a desk, a window with curtains, and a bathroom with a shower-tub combination. Some rooms have one large bed, and some rooms have two beds. Guests say the bathrooms can be a weak spot, so the room is best understood as pared-down and functional rather than polished.

Self-parking is included, pets are allowed with an added charge, and the front desk is open all day and night. Breakfast is available, and there are laundry facilities, room service, coffee and tea in a common area, and a vending machine. Lake Hartwell is a 1-minute drive, Regal Starlight Anderson is a 7-minute drive, Tri-County Technical College is a 9-minute drive, Clemson University is a 13-minute drive, and Anderson University is a 23-minute drive.
