The resort has hotel rooms, studios, apartments and villas. Studios have kitchenettes and terraces, some rooms have whirlpool baths, apartments add separate living rooms, and some apartments have loft bedrooms. Villas have full kitchens. Guests say the rooms are clean and comfortable, and guests also say the staff are welcoming.

Parking is available with one allocated bay for each villa and apartment in a secure gated car park. The resort has indoor and outdoor pools, a whirlpool tub, a tennis court, a games room, a barbecue area, and beach access. Tonic by the Bay is the on-site restaurant and beer garden, and dogs are allowed in the outside area. Guests with dogs say there is a dog beach and walking paths behind the resort.
