Big4 Bendigo Ascot Holiday Park

Big4 Bendigo Ascot Holiday Park is the closest holiday park to central Bendigo, which keeps trips into the city short.

This is a holiday park rather than a conventional hotel, so the stay is built around cabins, villas, studios, glamping tents, ensuite sites and powered sites. The accommodation information includes 3 Bedroom Platinum Villas, Glamping Tents and Studios, and the site options include ensuite powered sites with one bathroom as well as powered sites with shared bathroom access. That room and site mix makes the property more flexible than a standard motel room in Bendigo.

The stay works well because the park has a resort-style swimming pool, a heated spa, mini golf, a pump track, basketball court, pedal go-karts, table tennis, pool table, air hockey, barbecue areas, laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, a kiosk and a camp kitchen.

The park is also pet-friendly on selected accommodation and sites, which gives travelers with a dog a clearer option than a standard Bendigo hotel room.

One limit is that the gym is for guests aged 18 and over, with conditions applying. The gym itself includes treadmills, an exercise bike, a cross trainer, floor mats and free weights, so it is useful for adults who want to keep training during the stay.
