Best Western Premier Alton-St. Louis Area Hotel is a full-service hotel at 3559 College Ave in Alton, near the meeting point of Route 140 and Route 3, with access to I-255 and I-270 within a short drive. The hotel setup includes a restaurant and lounge in the building, so a guest can keep meals and evening downtime on site rather than making every break a drive out.

Rooms include interior-only access and in-room practical details such as a mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and hair dryer. A confirmed room comment also points to a clean, stylish room, which gives a useful sense of the room finish without relying on vague comfort language.

The stay works well for guests who want more than a room key and a bed: the property includes free Wi-Fi, free parking, truck parking, a 24-hour exercise room, and guest self-laundry facilities. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle for registered guests, with availability handled through the front desk.

Best Western Premier Alton-St. That makes the property more of a full-service Alton hotel than a simple roadside overnight stop.

One limit to note is that rooms positioned above or near the pool area can be noisy, with pool-side room noise and loud-closing doors specifically noted. If a quieter room matters, the pool-side location is the detail to avoid when asking for a room assignment.
