This is a BW Signature Collection hotel on North Main Street, with traditional rooms that have plush bedding, a small refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Some rooms have a private balcony, some have a whirlpool tub, and some include a microwave. Guests say the location is excellent for downtown Ashland, and they also say the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Breakfast is complimentary, and parking is free on site. There is an outdoor swimming pool that is seasonal, plus a hot tub. The hotel is smoke-free and has non-smoking rooms, family rooms, and facilities for disabled guests. The Oregon Shakespeare Festival theater is a 6-minute walk away, and Lithia Park is less than a mile from the hotel.
