The setup is practical rather than resort-like, with exterior corridors, at-room parking, and a non-smoking room policy.

Rooms include king guest rooms, two-double-bed guest rooms, and king suites. A king suite has a separate bedroom, a private bathroom, and a sleeper sofa, while standard rooms include either a king bed or two double beds. Rooms have tile flooring, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a microwave, and a mini fridge.

The stay works well for travelers who need simple services on the property. Parking is available for cars, RVs, buses, horse trailers, and disability parking. There is also guest laundry, an ice machine, vending machines, housekeeping, and a guest computer station.

Breakfast is limited because the quick-start breakfast has been temporarily suspended due to the pandemic. Pets are not allowed under the property pet policy.
