Albany Holiday Units is a practical holiday-unit property in Albany’s Middleton Beach area, with self-contained studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom accommodation rather than a full-service resort setup. The units include living and dining areas, free Wi-Fi and a smoke-free setting, so the stay is built around having your own space rather than relying on hotel-style services.

The room details are specific enough to choose by layout. Studio units have a queen bed, a kitchenette, a separate bathroom and toilet, and the option of an extra single or folder bed. The large two-bedroom units have a queen bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, a separate lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a level floor and wheelchair-accessible shower.

The Art Deco units give a different feel, with high ceilings, decorative mouldings, a separate lounge room, a separate kitchen, bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom, and storage space for outdoor gear. Linen, towels, cutlery, crockery and cookware are provided, which suits a stay where meals and day-to-day routines can be handled inside the unit.

The stay works well for drivers because onsite parking is provided adjacent to the units, and the large two-bedroom units have their own undercover carports. Guest barbecue and laundry facilities are also available, adding useful support for a longer Albany stay without turning the property into a serviced hotel.

One operational limit is that reception services are not inside Albany Holiday Units itself; reception is located 100 metres away at Park Avenue Holiday Units on Golf Links Road.
