Al Yakhour Hostel is a casual hostel at David Ben Gurion Ave 24 in Haifa’s German Colony. The building combines dorm beds and private rooms, so the tone here is practical and social rather than hotel-like. The stay also includes shared spaces, including a lounge with a bar and a library.

The room setup is straightforward. One female-only dorm has 6 beds, storage space, and fast Wi-Fi. Mixed dorm rooms use bunk beds, and one of them includes a desk, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and close access to the bathrooms. A private room option has two single beds that can be joined on request, plus a study desk.

The hostel has air-conditioned rooms and free Wi-Fi. Bathroom facilities are shared, and the hostel also has a fully equipped kitchen for guests who prefer to prepare their own food. Food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms, so eating is kept to the shared areas.

The stay works well for guests who want services inside the building rather than just a bed. Al Yakhour Hostel has a restaurant and bar, and it also offers tours in Haifa and around Israel. Breakfast is not included in any room rate.

One practical limit is that the shared kitchen is closed from 23:00 to 7:00. Quiet hours are also part of the house rules, with noise kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 8:00.
